Social Media Star Dies at 36

(StraightNews.org) – Social media star Kyle Marisa Roth has died at age 36. Her sister Lindsay announced her death on Instagram, saying the family did not yet understand the cause of death and were still processing their grief and deciding how to mark Kyle’s life and memory. “She had so many gifts. If anyone wants to connect about Kyle, I’m here to talk,” she wrote.

Ms. Roth’s mother, Jacquie, also took to social media to share the news. On LinkedIn, she confirmed her daughter’s death but said nothing made sense about why it happened. She noted that her daughter had touched millions of lives and “loved and lived fiercely.”

Kyle’s primary platform was TikTok, where she had more than 175,000 followers. She usually discussed celebrity gossip, starting with her catchphrase, “You want more? I’ll give you more.” She courted controversy by covering so-called “blind items,” pieces of celebrity gossip that do not mention names but include unverified claims.

Although much of her content was light-hearted, the TikToker also shared personal information about her mental and physical health struggles. Kyle regularly discussed mental health awareness and shared information about her battle with colon cancer. In February, she posted details on some of the medical procedures she had undergone, including three abdominal surgeries and one shoulder reconstruction.

The influencer also wrote that she had had several broken bones and car accidents over her lifetime and even claimed she was “missing” three internal organs.

Kyle Roth grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Lehigh University, where she was an accomplished lacrosse player. She lives in Pennsylvania with her dog, who often featured in her TikTok posts. Fans raised concerns after she disappeared from TikTok for days without an update, and when news of her death arrived, several followers said they were devastated.

Uncut Gems actor Julia Fox paid tribute to Roth online, saying she hoped Kyle didn’t suffer and knew how loved she was by her army of online fans.
